TRAINING

“The cures we want aren’t going to fall from the sky.  We have to get ladders and climb up and get them.” —Michael J. Fox

Fighting Parkinson’s Disease isn’t easy, and neither is riding a Century, Metric Century, or even a Ten-Mile route.  As a registered P4P cyclist, you’ll have some fantastic opportunities to get in shape before Ride Day.  For all cyclists, Peak to Peak Training Systems is offering a variety of programs, clinics, and guidance.  And for cyclists with Parkinson’s, Continuum Coaching is focusing on the unique challenges PD presents to both your training and the ride itself.
